Foot Bath Crystals (17.6 oz): This aromatic soak contains calendula and rosemary in addition to thermal spring salt. The crystals cleanse, moisturize and revitalize while relieving tired, sore feet and boosting circulation.
Foot Butter (3.4 oz): This rich, creamy foot butter also contains calendula and rosemary (essential oils), as well as deeply moisturizing shea butter. Can be used as an overnight treatment!
Pumice Stone: Ideal after a foot bath to soften by removing dead skin cells.
Foot Bath Crystals: Fill cap to edge of inner ring with bath crystals and dissolve in warm water (100 degrees Farenheit/40 degrees Celsius) using a bowl or foot bath. Soak feet ankle deep for 10 - 15 minutes. Diabetics should not exceed 5 minutes with a maximum temperature of 99 degrees Farenheit.
Foot Butter: Apply a thin layer, massage into feet using slight pressure and regular, circular motions. As an overnight treatment, apply liberally, then put on a pair on cotton socks.
